Our Northridge location offers reformer Pilates. For mat Pilates and the Figue Method on Sunset Boulevard, visit our West Hollywood studio.
Can I come if I am new to Pilates?
Yes. Beginners are welcome. Choose a beginner class where available and let your instructor know it is your first visit so they can help you get started.
What is the new client offer?

How do I book a class?
